-How long should I expect my hair to last?
The hair we sell has been tested out to last a year minimum when taken care of properly.
-Do you have lengths other than the ones listed as an option?
Please email us if the length you desire is unavailable.
-How long is processing?
Processing time for all orders is 3-5 business days. After your order has been processed, it will be shipped out. Please allow 3-6 business days to receive your order AFTER processing has been finalized. Because our wigs are handmade, the processing time for these items in particular is 5-10 business days.
-When will I receive my tracking number?
Orders are shipped out through USPS. A tracking number will be provided through email once your order has been shipped.
Once you receive your tracking number, Crown Me Pretty is no longer responsible for the package. All questions should then be directed towards USPS.
-What is the refund policy?
No refunds or exchanges on any products.
